By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

  1. DEFINITIONS
    Personal Data / Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual. Processing means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion. Controller means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. Processor means a third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.     3.3 Payment & Transaction Data is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive authentication data.
    3.4 Technical & Usage Data may include IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and referral URLs.
    3.5 AI, Voice, Chat & Automated Interaction Data may include interaction metadata, transcriptions, summaries, AI-generated outputs, and system logs related to automated interactions.
  4. HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
    Personal Data may be collected through direct user submission, cookies and similar tracking technologies, automated systems and workflows, and third-party integrations supporting Service functionality.
  5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)
    Where GDPR applies, we process Personal Data based on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
